3. Purchasing Books
- All prices are listed in INR and are subject to change without notice. Purchasers outside India will be charged additional for shipping.
- We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion. This may occur if there are inaccuracies in the product or pricing information, or if we suspect fraudulent activity.
4. Payment
- By providing payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use that payment method.
- All transactions are processed through secure channels, and we do not store your payment information.
5. Shipping and Delivery
- We strive to process and ship orders promptly. Delivery times may vary based on your location and the shipping method selected. Normally shipped within 7-8 days.
- Risk of loss and title for items purchased pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

10. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms will be resolved in the courts of Gujarat only.
11. Books/Goods once sold will not be taken back. No refunds will be made for an order/product once dispatched.
12. Please allow 8-10 days for deliveries within India.
13. In case any book/item is received in damaged condition, please send an image of the item to educatingforward@gmail.com. If we are satisfied there is genuine damage we will advise you to return to the product to us at our contact address. If a damaged product is accepted back we shall replace the same free of cost. Any damaged book should be returned to the address contained within the book within 10 days and the replacement shall be dispatched within 7 days of such receipt of the damaged book.
14. All customers are bound by the conditions of copyright contained within the books purchased by them.
15. TheSkillsHandbook.In, Karmic Action and www.educatingforward.com do not share any of your personal information with anyone/any entity whatsoever. You are guaranteed absolute confidentiality. Such information may be shared only with Govt of India or any other Statutory authority when there is a valid legal requirement/compliance ordered by a court of law or any investigation by law enforcement agencies.
16. If, for some reason, we are not able to deliver the book ordered, we shall issue a refund of the full amount through the same mode of payment or through a cheque favouring the customer to his/her address.
17. This site reserves the right to reject any order at its own discretion. A full refund will be made for such rejected orders.
18. All our transactions are subject to Force Majeure and jurisdiction of Gujarat courts only.

We don't provide any kind of Refund and Return. All sales are final. Any
damaged book should be returned to the address contained within the
book within 10 days and the replacement shall be dispatched within 7
